Workshop Deposits & Refunds
$250.00 non-refundable deposit required
for the full Design Course registration.
Refunds (minus non-refundable deposit) are available up to 10 business days before the course begins. NOTE: No refunds of any amount are available after any program begins.
All trade, work trade and/or payment plan agreements must be made in writing, in advance.
Dropping or missing class does not discount or void agreement; balance of all agreements are still accountable and due payable in full.
Discounts, Trades & Payment Plans
Our fees for workshops and services are already as low as is sustainable for us. We are, however, accepting several payment types and offering limited scholarships and other discounts. (Discounts may not be combined with payment plans).
As we truly want to make this training available to everyone, any and all proposals will be considered!
Educators awarded up to a $200 Scholarship
Educators are encouraged to apply; please email permaculture@earthflow.com your bio, headshot and an essay describing your project and/or school with your teaching goals. Candidates must also agree to report on their use of this training in an educational setting.
Balance of tuition must be pre-paid in full.

Discount automatically applied when 2 or more people register together online and pay in full.
All Trades, Work-Trades or Payment Plans
will be considered when a proposal is emailed along with your headshot, references and an essay describing how you would benefit from the course. Past trades have included filtered vegetable oil, wine, private accomodations for visiting teachers, organic produce, drafting/AutoCad services, video editing, web design, photography services, printing and silkscreening, food catering, bodywork and PR services.
Trades are available for up to 50% of Tuition fees on some courses.
Trade Goods: Make a proposal for trading
goods of equal-value-to-tuition.
Work-Trades: Services-for-Tuition exchange is available for up to 50% of tuition costs on some courses.
Labor is credited on an hour-for-hour basis: an hour of teaching time for an hour of your time.
Application Guidelines
Please email permaculture@earthflow.com your proposal for trading your services, skills or goods and include a brief bio and essay with your interests, how the course would benefit you, as well as a resume with headshot and references.
Payment Plan: Offered only with our 6 month-long courses. After $250 deposit paid for course, 3 monthly payments possible with tuition paid in full by 4th class weekend (fee applies).
Pay as You Go: We also have single day and weekend rates (space is not guaranteed).
Discount types can not be mixed.
